12th Annual Richard Fass Memorial Golf Tournament (September 2006) The Drug Enforcement Administration Survivors Benefit Fund (DEASBF) is hosting their 12th Annual Richard Fass Memorial Golf Tournament and First Credit Union is a proud Silver Sponsor. All proceeds will benefit the DEA Survivor Benefit Fund, which, in turn, distributes monies raised to surviving family members of Law Enforcement employees who have lost their life in the line of duty.
